MEMORY CAPACITY AND TRAINING

Physical activity has several positive effects and proven benefits for both the body and the mind, however what many may not know is that there is also a strong connection between training and memory capacity. In this podcast the effects of exercise on different types of memory is discussed, as well as the biological facors behind these effects. The role of memory in pedagogical situations is also examined to further the discussion about why a high memory capacity is relevant and useful in our everyday lives.
